These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to apiprocessbase.click (the “Website”) and use of API Process Base (the “Software”). By accessing the Website or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Description of the Software
API Process Base is local data tracking and analytical software for organising portfolio records, reviewing asset distribution, maintaining historical information, and preparing local reports. Its outputs are informational and intended for personal record-keeping.
The Software is not a financial institution, bank, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, payment provider, or financial advisory service. It does not hold or process funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, execute transactions, or provide financial or investment advice.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must use the Website and Software in compliance with applicable law. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Licence and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any applicable store terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for lawful personal or internal record-keeping and analytical purposes.
You may use the Software to organise records you are authorised to use, review historical information, examine data distribution, and maintain informational reports. You remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and suitability of information you supply.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Website or Software unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights;
- introduce malware, interfere with security, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorised access;
- represent the Software as a financial service, wallet, exchange, trading system, or source of investment advice;
- use it to store private keys, authentication secrets, or payment credentials;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software except where applicable law expressly permits;
- remove proprietary notices or falsely imply endorsement by API Process Base, Microsoft, Binance, or another party; or
- use records you do not have permission to access or process.
5. User records and responsibility
You control the information selected for local processing. You are responsible for source verification, lawful use, category choices, interpretation, local retention, device security, and backups.
Analytical summaries depend on supplied information and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by categorisation. Verify important figures against their original source. The Software is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, or investment advice.
6. No financial or investment advice
Nothing on the Website or in the Software is a recommendation, forecast, solicitation, offer, trading signal, or advice to buy, sell, hold, or transfer an asset. Portfolio distribution and historical reports describe records; they do not assess an investment’s value or suitability.
You are solely responsible for decisions made outside the Software. Consider obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified independent professional when needed.
7. No wallet, custody, or transactions
The Software does not provide wallet functionality, request or access private keys, or take custody of assets. It cannot fund an account, accept deposits, process withdrawals, transfer cryptocurrency, place orders, or execute any other financial transaction.
No data entry, chart, or report changes the ownership, location, or status of an asset.
8. Intellectual property
The Website, Software, designs, text, code, and associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence stated in these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to you.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in records you choose to process. You grant only those limited permissions technically necessary to process information locally at your direction.

9. Third-party services
The Website links to the Microsoft Store homepage and may link to other external resources. Third parties control their services, availability, content, privacy practices, and terms. A link does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, certification, or guarantee.
Any acquisition or use through an application store may also be subject to that store’s terms. API Process Base does not claim that Microsoft developed, verified, certified, or endorsed the Software.
10. Availability and changes to the Software
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website or Software. Features may vary by version, device, operating system, or distribution channel. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected.
You are responsible for checking compatibility and preserving copies of records needed for your own purposes before an update or change.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Software are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties, conditions, and representations, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that reports are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for financial, tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, API Process Base will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Website or Software.
We are not responsible for transactions, investment decisions, source-data errors, device failures, unauthorised access caused by inadequate user controls, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
13. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not reduce rights available to consumers under mandatory law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Website or Software at any time. We may suspend access or terminate the licence where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Revised Terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, we will seek any consent required.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, with the specific governing jurisdiction determined by applicable consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Mandatory rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable store terms, form the agreement concerning the Website and Software.
